Su Bajaj

Su brings more than 15 years of experience building technology and data platforms for national health plans, accountable care organizations, and health tech companies, including leading multiple M&A technology integrations. She leads Uplift's Technology, Data, and AI Enablement Value Creation Center, working with portfolio company teams on which systems run the business, how clean the data is, and where AI can save time or money. As our Chief Technology Officer, she also runs Uplift's internal tech and AI systems, from deal-team tools to firm-wide infrastructure.
