Evan brings more than 25 years driving transformation via both organic and inorganic growth strategies across founder led, private equity-backed and public companies. He leads Uplift's M&A and Integration Value Creation Center, partnering with our portfolio management teams to build scaled capabilities around strategy, inorganic growth, integration, and organizational transformation. As our Chief Strategy Officer, he also leads development and execution of Uplift's own strategic plan.
