Ben Sands

Ben brings more than 20 years of experience helping leaders build healthier, higher-performing teams across global enterprises, private equity-backed companies, and founder-led businesses. He leads Uplift's Organizational Design and Team Development Value Creation Center, working with portfolio company CEOs on the questions that decide whether a team scales: who owns what, how decisions get made, and who is ready for the next seat. As our Chief Leadership Officer, he also builds the leadership systems and operating rhythms behind Uplift's own culture.
